Job Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• At least 1 year of Operating Room RN or perioperative nursing experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a surgical environment and support patient care throughout the perioperative process
• Must meet the 80-mile local radius rule

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the Operating Room
• Assist with perioperative preparation, patient monitoring, and surgical support
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to help ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Respond to scheduled call coverage, including evenings and weekends
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach throughout each shift
