• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; one holiday off request maximum and no more than 3 days of requested time off

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN license or ability to apply at time of offer
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Epic experience required
• Ability to pass ECG/telemetry and medication testing at orientation
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management skills
• Post-STEMI care experience preferred
• CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced clinical judgment
• Support ventilator care, vasoactive infusions, and sedation titration
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and respond quickly to changes in patient status
• Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and post-STEMI care needs
• Float as needed to PACU, step-down, and the ED for care of holding patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient outcomes
