Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 - $1,730

Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required
Prior PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting
Excellent communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and thoroughly
Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge preparation
