• Schedule: Day shift times may vary and will be discussed during interview (typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870–$1,970
• Call: 1–2 weekday call shifts per week after shift until 7:00 AM; 1–2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends unless called in

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in the Endoscopy specialty
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required and active in hand
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
• Ability to complete orientation assessments with an acceptable score
• Willingness to participate in call coverage as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients in the Endoscopy unit
• Prepare patients for procedures and support pre- and post-procedure care
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes quickly, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Assist with endoscopic procedures and maintain a clean, organized, patient-focused environment
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Participate in scheduled call coverage and support unit needs as assigned
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent patient outcomes
