Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient and urgent care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to outpatient and urgent care patients
• Support the unit during its urgent care transition and help maintain smooth patient flow
• Complete patient assessments, monitor condition changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver efficient, safe, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical, safety, and quality standards
