• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Orientation: 16 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact license in hand at time of submission
• At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry required
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
• Must be able to successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
• Must be comfortable working night shifts in a telemetry-focused acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult med/surg telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Prioritize care, manage multiple patients, and maintain strong clinical awareness throughout the shift
• Support a smooth transition of care during handoff and throughout the patient stay
• Follow facility procedures, clinical standards, and orientation requirements
