Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environment
• Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate approach to pediatric patients and their families

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality pediatric nursing care to children and adolescents
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support positive outcomes
• Educate patients and families with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical and hospital standards
