Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
- Experience in pediatric nursing, pediatric acute care, or a closely related clinical setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a travel nursing assignment environment
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders
- Assess patient conditions, monitor clinical status, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Support families with compassionate communication and education throughout the care experience
