• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,460 - $1,540
• Setting: Medical-Surgical / Renal Unit
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
• Charting System: Epic EMR
• Orientation: Brief unit orientation provided
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Team Environment: Strong interdisciplinary support including IV therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a compact state, in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:5-6 and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic charting required
• Comfort working with renal, ESRD, AKI, urology, diabetic complications, and general medical-surgical diagnoses
• Experience with isolation precautions, peripheral line care, non-invasive airway management, and rapid response/code team support
• Ability to float to like units within scope as needed
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of submittal

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adult and geriatric Med-Surg patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and communicate promptly with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care and facility standards
• Support patients with a variety of renal and medical-surgical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient, and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Follow infection prevention protocols and support rapid response interventions when needed
• Participate in weekend coverage and assignment-based floating as required
