• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience required
• TNCC required
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• PALS or ENPC required
• CPI required upon extension
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency room environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients with a wide range of acute and critical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support timely treatment
• Care for patient populations including stroke, ACS, diabetic emergencies, and AKD
• Maintain safe, efficient workflow in a 41-bed unit with approximately 135+ patients per day
• Deliver patient care while maintaining a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and prioritize care in a high-acuity ER setting
