Travel Nursing Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700–$2,840
- Assignment Type: Travel nursing assignment

- Schedule: Weekdays with call requirements
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Work Setting: On-site Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics (OB)
- Position Availability: 1 opening
Labor & Delivery RN and OB Nurse Manager Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a compact state
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery or OB nursing experience
- Leadership experience within the past 2 years
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, manage resources, and support effective clinical operations
- Willingness and ability to provide bedside nursing coverage as needed
- Successful completion of a Colorado Adult Protective Services check
- Reliable personal transportation, as public transportation is limited in this rural location
Labor & Delivery Nursing Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care, nursing staff, and Labor & Delivery operations
- Provide clinical leadership while maintaining the ability to work bedside Registered Nurse shifts as needed
- Collaborate with leadership to promote efficient clinical operations and high-quality OB patient care
- Support staff development, education, coaching, and performance improvement
- Coordinate staffing and resources to meet patient care needs
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and compliance with nursing standards
- Assist with call coverage and weekday operational needs
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment for expectant parents, newborns, families, and the care team
