Home Health RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120–$2,230
- Location: Denver metro area, Colorado
- Healthcare Setting: Home health
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a rotating on-call schedule
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 13-week contract
- Start Date: October 30, 2026
- Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs
- Additional Information: Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed
Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
- Experience completing OASIS assessments and start-of-care documentation
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Home Health RN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Denver metro area
- Complete start-of-care visits and OASIS assessments accurately and thoroughly
- Deliver wound care and monitor patient progress
- Manage medications, laboratory needs, and catheter care
- Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, treatments, and safety
- Coordinate care with providers, caregivers, and the broader interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Meet productivity expectations of approximately 30 points per week
- Respond to rotating on-call needs and support continuity of care
