- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,810–$2,960
- Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
- Healthcare Setting: On-site hospital-based nursing leadership role
- Schedule: 36 hours per week with rotating shifts
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Assignment End Date: January 30, 2027
- Contract Duration: 13-week travel nursing assignment

Clinical Nursing Supervisor Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of registered nursing leadership or nursing supervisor experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and nursing team leadership skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and provide on-site administrative support after hours

- Provide hospital-wide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shifts
- Serve as an on-site administrative resource during after-hours operations
- Guide and support nursing staff in delivering safe, high-quality patient care
- Promote clinical competence, professional accountability, and excellence in nursing practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to address patient care and operational needs
- Support patients and families across the continuum of care
- Respond effectively to clinical, staffing, and administrative concerns
- Help maintain a positive, patient-centered environment throughout the hospital
