Travel Nursing Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020–$2,130
- Nursing Specialty: PACU / Intermediate Care

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Nursing Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

PACU Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Less than one year of nursing experience may be considered
- Recent acute care hospital experience within the past five years preferred
- Acute care hospital experience within the past two years or intermediate/progressive care experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and/or assist with lifting patients or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong patient assessment, communication, prioritization, and clinical judgment skills
Travel RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in an intermediate care environment
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and promptly escalate concerns
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a safe, organized, and respectful care environment during night-shift operations
