- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250–$2,370
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts (02114)
- Healthcare Setting: Adult ICU with complex surgical, medical, and burn patient populations

ICU Nurse Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Experience caring for acutely ill adult medical and complex surgical patients
- Experience caring for patients with burn injuries and other high-acuity conditions
- Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, prioritization, and emergency response skills
- Current professional resume and clinical references
- Successful completion of required skills validation and assignment onboarding requirements
ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a high-acuity intensive care unit
- Care for patients with complex surgical conditions, acute medical illnesses, and burn injuries
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, recognize changes in condition, and promptly escalate concerns
- Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, physicians, residents, consultants, and other members of the critical care team
- Support coordinated care planning, frequent reassessment, and safe transitions of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold evidence-based ICU nursing standards
- Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and their families
