Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750–$1,840
• Location: Silvis, Illinois, in the Quad Cities region
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Start Date: November 8, 2026
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Shifts: 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Work Setting: On-site acute-care Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Illinois
• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry or a comparable acute-care setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac monitoring, telemetry interpretation, and recognition of changes in patient condition
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care during overnight nursing shifts
• Successful completion of applicable credentialing, competency, and license verification requirements

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, identify clinical changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established standards and provider orders
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment
