BLS Certification from AHA, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Silverdale,WA
