Description
Prior CA Dignity / CommonSpirit ACUTE CARE experience
Must have worked in a California Dignity or CommonSpirit acute-care hospital
Without this experience, profiles are auto-rejected
Minimum 3 years of acute-care hospital experience
Must have hands-on hospital experience in an acute-care setting
Acute Care Case Management / Care Coordination experience
Must have direct experience in care coordination within an acute hospital
Utilization Review experience
Experience in UR + discharge planning is mandatory
Active RN license at submission
Active BLS certification
Must have worked in a California Dignity or CommonSpirit acute-care hospital
Without this experience, profiles are auto-rejected
