Minimum 3+ years recent experience (Pediatrics + Med/Surg/Tele required) / CERTIFICATIONS – ACLS, BLS, PALS (Required) / LICENSE – Active RN license required at submission / Schedule: Nights, 12s, 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (Every Other Weekend; first to float) / Unit: Pediatrics / MST (Mixed Adult & Pediatric Unit) / EMR: Cerner / Ratios: Peds 1:3–4, MST 1:5 / Skills: Must be comfortable caring for both pediatric & adult patients, telemetry interpretation required / Common Cases: Pediatric respiratory illnesses (RSV, Flu, COVID), seizures, dehydration; Adult post-op, COPD, pneumonia, infections, chest pain / Additional: Dysrhythmia exam required (80% pass within 2 attempts), may float to MCU/MST or assist in mom-baby unit if experienced / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
