Description

Minimum 2+ years recent high-risk L&D RN experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP Required / LICENSE – Active RN License Required (DL required; must be within 60-mile radius) / Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week, 26 weeks (every other weekend + holiday rotation) / Setting: Acute Care – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum / Mother-Baby / EMR: EPIC / Skills: MUST be able to circulate C-sections in OR, fetal monitoring (read & interpret strips), titration of drips (oxytocin, magnesium sulfate), high-risk OB care / Volume: 22 L&D beds, 2 OR suites, 7 triage beds, 34 postpartum beds (~8–12 births/day) / Call: 18 hours per 6 weeks (self-scheduled in 6-hr increments) / Floating: Required to Postpartum / Support: Surgical techs, anesthesia 24/7, APPs in-house 24/7 (no in-house neonatologist) / Equipment: GE Corometrics fetal monitoring / Scheduling: Self-scheduling with flexibility required / Orientation: 1 shift (must be in-state for orientation week) / Additional: No unit manager interview (clinical screening only), must be adaptable and team-oriented
