Description
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Pharmacist experience required
Acute care/hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Active BLS Certification required
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
New York Pharmacist license preferred at time of start (license not required for submission)
