Description

RN Case Manager / Minimum 1 year acute care hospital case management experience required (discharge planning & care coordination) / Acute Care Hospital Setting / Responsible for discharge planning, care coordination, needs assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration across hospital units / Must have active RN license and BLS; Epic experience required / Schedule: Days, 5×8-hour shifts (07:30–16:00); every other weekend required / Duration: 13 weeks / Start: 03/30/2026 / Location: Everett, WA / Facility: Providence Regional Medical Center Everett – Colby Campus / Pay: Bill rate ~$91.20/hr / Notes: Travelers must live 50+ miles from facility; floating between Colby & Pacific campuses as needed
