• Active VA/Multistate LPN license required. **Prior ICE clearance required **
•  Minimum 1–2 years LPN experience required (correctional healthcare experience preferred). .
• Required certifications: BLS AHA 
• Valid driver’s license, LVN Skill checklist. 
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift &amp; Contract:
• Night shift, 3 x 12 36hr GWW
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• 8-week contract
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 70 miles from the facility location: Farmville,VA 23901
