Description

**Requirements:**
• Active WI/Multistate RN license required.
• 2 years of Med-Surg or Acute inpatient rehab or acute rehab hospital experience and 1 yr Travel experience required
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 13 WEEKS EPIC EXPERIENCE
• Required certifications: BLS AHA
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• Days shift, 3 x 12 36hr GWW/6:30AM-7:00PM
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• 13-week contract
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: Madison, WI 53718.

TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #980050. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
