Physical Therapist – Home Health
Coverage Area: In and around Worcester, MA
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Guaranteed Annual Salary: $95,000-$115,000

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress
- Act as a resource and promote physical therapy in the community
- Work in a physically demanding, high-energy environment
What We Require
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to travel within Worcester and surrounding areas (50% travel)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform full range of body motion
