What you’ll do:

✔ Manage your own patient caseload
✔ Complete Start of Care and follow-up visits
✔ Develop and update care plans
✔ Collaborate with physicians and care team
✔ Document care and monitor patient progress

What you need:

✔ Active RN license
✔ 1+ year of nursing experience
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Willingness to travel within your local area
