Home Health Branch Director (RN) – Bloomington, IN

As a Branch Director, you will lead clinical and operational performance while building a strong, patient-focused team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to grow a branch, support clinicians, and improve patient outcomes in home health.

What You’ll Do

✔ Oversee day-to-day branch operations
✔ Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
✔ Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
✔ Manage staffing, productivity, and branch performance
✔ Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
✔ Monitor documentation, billing, and reimbursement processes
✔ Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives

What You Need

✔ Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field
✔ Home Health leadership or supervisory experience
✔ Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation
✔ Strong operational and financial management skills
✔ Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
✔ Valid licensure as required
✔ Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
