We are seeking a high performing Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working closely with leadership. This role provides direct operational and executive support to clinical leaders and plays a key role in coordinating projects, meetings, and operational priorities.

Salary Range: $67,840 – $93,280 annually depending on experience and qualifications

What You Will Do
• Provide operational and executive level support to clinical leadership, coordinating priorities, meetings, and key initiatives
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and briefing materials using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Analyze and organize operational data in Excel to support leadership visibility and decision making
• Develop and distribute recurring operational reports and leadership updates
• Coordinate complex calendars, leadership meetings, and operational reviews across multiple teams and locations
• Plan and support leadership meetings and town halls, including agendas, materials, and tracking follow up actions
• Support project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, and strategic initiatives
• Serve as a key communication bridge between clinical leadership, operational teams, and cross functional departments
• Coordinate travel logistics and manage leadership expense reporting
• Maintain organized operational records and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What You Bring
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to analyze data and present information clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability
• Experience supporting leadership or operations teams preferred
• Healthcare or home health experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience supporting senior leadership, operations, or complex administrative functions.
