Job Description:

Private Duty Registered Nurse RN

Warsaw, IN | Hiring Immediately

3 days a week. One patient. Full-time hours.

No rotating shifts.
No overloaded assignments.
No chaos.

This is a set, predictable schedule where you can actually focus on your patient and still have 4 days off every week.

Schedule

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 36 hours, full-time status
• Open to 10-hour shifts if needed 4 days a week

Patient located in Warsaw, IN

What You Will Do

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home
• Follow and adjust the plan of care
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Communicate with physician and care team
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You Need

• Active RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with patient mobility, up to 50 pounds
