As the RN Clinical Branch Manager, you'll oversee the daily clinical operations of the branch while ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and team engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all patient care services and clinical staff.

• Coordinate patient admissions, staffing assignments, referrals, and ongoing care planning.

• Ensure timely initiation of care and compliance with Medicare, state, and organizational standards.

• Review and approve individualized Plans of Care while ensuring physician orders are accurate, complete, and implemented appropriately.

• Conduct and oversee OASIS documentation reviews to maintain quality and compliance.

• Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians through regular communication, education, and performance feedback.

• Partner with the Branch Director to achieve clinical quality, operational, and financial goals.

• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing clinical team members.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, referral sources, and community partners to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve branch performance.

• Provide field support and clinical guidance as needed.

• Perform additional leadership responsibilities that support branch operations and patient care excellence.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a clinical leader who is passionate about coaching teams, delivering outstanding patient care, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

• Minimum of 2 years of Home Health or Hospice nursing experience

• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and home health regulations

• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems

• Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Willingness to travel throughout the branch service area

• Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
