Traveler must have receipt of this being done to be cleared. Out of state travelers may request an extension on the deadline, and will need the receipt in hand prior to their start date versus the doc due date. This health system has a strong stance against accepting medical marijuana cards in support of their addictions treatment teams facilities. They will not accept candidates that would test positive for marijuana on the drug screen. RTO must be submitted with the initial profile. RTO requests after submission must be worked out with the facility and will not be granted on a confirmation. License in-hand required with submittal, Sheppard Pratt will not allow a temp RN license, all RNs must have their perm license in hand at point of submittal Allscripts (Sunrise) EMR experience preferred. Former perm employees must wait 1 full year before submitting to a travel position NOTE : RNs may be required to work as the charge RN during a shift, there will not be a charge pay bump for those hours. Any candidates applying for a perm position at SP will be removed from the job and must wait a year after applying for a perm position before they may apply as a traveler. HR will alert us at point of submittal. Drug Screen : Facility will not accept or approve any failed drug screens; they are very strict on passing the DS regardless of having a prescription or not. All candidates must pass DS on first try to continue with onboarding. Please note start dates may be further out the full file is due two Mondays prior to start by Noon EST. FP receipt may be extended for clearance for out of state candidates Floating: All travelers are expected to float to any age population when scheduling requires.
