Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. The CRMC RT family consists of 30 well-rounded colleagues with varying levels of experience. Respiratory therapist here at CRMC rotate through all floors and our two 10 bed ICUs. Working at the top of their licenses, all of the RTs on staff are competent to perform a multitude of tasks such as intubation, arterial line insertion and bedside bronchoscopy assist. Within the interdisciplinary team, the RT team participates in daily nursing unit department rounding and works closely with multiple disciplines to enhance the care provided to our patients.
