Description
Assess, monitor, and treat neonatal respiratory conditions.
Administer respiratory therapies and ventilator support.
Collaborate with the NICU care team.
Document patient care using Epic EMR.
Ensure safe, high-quality respiratory care.
Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program (Associate degree minimum).
Active Arkansas RRT license.
Minimum 3 years of NICU Respiratory Therapy experience.
RRT, BLS, and NRP certifications required.
PALS, ACLS, and STABLE certification preferred.
Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM).
Every other weekend required; no call.
Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
