### Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)** for a 13-week travel assignment at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality clinical outcomes.

### Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
* Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and interventions
* Provide patient and family education throughout hospitalization and discharge
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care
* Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel
* Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Mentor and precept staff as needed

### Requirements
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum **2 years of acute inpatient Telemetry RN experience**
* Previous Epic EMR experience required
* Current BLS certification
* NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
* Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma required
