Description

Unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler within 9 months, the only start date available is August 17th or September 21st.RN will primarily work on 1S Observation unit) but will also be required to float to other Med-Surg units (Respiratory, Stroke, Cardiac, etc.) and possibly the ED as well if appropriately skilled/knowledgeable. 36 hours/week, day shift (7a- 7:30p) with every other weekend required. Taking call would be a very rare occurrence. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required (refresher classes or having someone sit 1:1 with them is NOT options), so please ensure that this is documented in the referral information. Active BLS and ACLS are both required. Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry experience is required (must be able to read Telemetry/BCRA; they will be tested for this skill on day one and will be immediately terminated if they cannot pass the competency; will also be immediately terminated if we discover they are not Epic proficient). Additional Information:Per updated BSA on 6.26.25 Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13 week contract. These hours are not limited to 12 hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report ***Please Note -Your Agency s contract to your traveler MUST mirror the confirmation page. If your agency does not comply with this standard, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions! Start Date Must be Identical. End Date Must be Identical. RTO Must be identical ***Please Note - All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and added into the confirmation page for it to be honored. If your agency or the traveler does not include all RTO in the submission form and adds it post confirmation, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions!
