A 198 bed, level III trauma center including state-of-the-art operating suites (due to facility location, various Trauma level I, II and III cases are flown to facility)Provides healthcare to the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation. Pros

Unit is comprised of many travelers. Core staff and travelers have all been fantastic! The unit is set up quite well to manage the surges of patients. It is the only main hospital around so it can definitely provide good experience. Most of the providers I've encountered over the last couple months actually listen to the nurses and are easy to work with.

Cons

It is definitely busy before the size of the town. I can't say I have any other cons.
