UP TO 9 MONTHS***PEDS experience highly preferred - not required!!!******ON-SITE POSITION***Unit Info: RN Case Managers service Acute Care, ICU, rehab, & ER-mange LOS and complex discharge planning. Ideal candidate needs pediatric experience with complex care coordination, has performed complex discharge planning, and has had exposure to utilization review. Experience in community-clinic settings, community outreach and collaboration with care teams. Excellent resources are available to help fill in knowledge gaps.- Travelers are given 2-4 wks of onboarding (shadowing) with core staff & then start assimilating into team assignments.- Travelers must be highly flexible, highly adaptable, & pick up quickly in a new environment.- This facility serves regions of WA, AK, ID, MT (largest children's regional service)- 50% of patients on Medicaid*** Certs required per HR Grid at facility**** updated 10/2/19 Special Equipment : Updated by U< 6.1.2026 #Tier3 Travel Compliance Required for Submission : SSN required at time of submission. DOB required at time of submission. RTO required at time of submission. Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience required. Washington state license or Compact RN license accepted. Candidates without a Washington license must be willing to apply upon offer. Copies of all required certifications must be included. Submission Rules : Maximum of 3 active submissions per traveler. Local candidates are accepted at the standard bill rate. Epic experience is preferred but not required. Background findings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Previous staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Travelers who have worked continuously for 1 year must be separated for 90 days before returning on a new travel assignment. Start / Facility Instructions : Modules: For RNs and most Techs, modules are completed pre-start and are not included in orientation. Module time is billable for up to 8 hours at the regular hourly rate. Exception: RRT modules are completed on the first day of orientation and are not eligible for reimbursement. Module completion is tracked through transcripts in the traveler's Grow@SC account.
