Providence LCM is a small community hospital with a great team and team work. I enjoyed working every single day with my pod buddies, ER physicians and charge nurse. Everyone is so helpful, you will find a resource nurse and break nurse who is constantly helping out nurses with critical patients. They always keep in consideration about the patient nurse ratio.
Cons
You will do self scheduling but it’s not guaranteed that you will get all the days, manager tries her best to keep in consideration of your days that you need.
