Description
Required Skills & Experience: -Addresses customer inquiries, requests, and concerns thoroughly, following through positively and appropriately. -Timely informs leadership of issues or concerns. -Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Two years of clinical Laboratory experience.
Required Education: -Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology, including an internship at an affiliated laboratory from an accredited institution is required within 2 months of hire. OR -Combined military experience and training that aligns with CLIA and CAP requirements. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -MLT or MLS Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent is required within 1 year of hire. -ASCP certification or equivalent is required within 6 months of hire. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A
Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
