Description
This unit gets a wide variety of patients: medical, ortho, general surgery, GIP, telemetry, and stepdown patients. The nurses need to be confident with EPIC and a 5-7 patient load that can have several total care patients.
Days of the week: Rotation 1: Mon, Tues, Wed Thurs, Fri, Sat Sun, Thurs, Fri
Rotation 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri Tues, Wed, Sat Sun, Mon, Tues
Call (yes/no, hours/days): potential Weekend requirements: Every 3rd weekend Holiday requirements: potential
Radius Rule: 50 miles
Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
