Description
Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Level IV NICU
Floating: Will help General OR to assist with cases when not busy in CVOR
Minimum Years Experience: 3 years Peds CVOR experience; must be in 1st Scrub Role, not just 2nd Scrub Role
1st scrub experience – handing supplies to surgeon, counting instruments
2nd scrub – counts, helps with back table
Required Licensure & Certifications: CST, BLS,
WA state license required.
EMR: EPIC
Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
