Pros

Super friendly staff, very team oriented. I worked with a lot of great people in PICU. Work with you on scheduling. Patients can be unexpectedly high acuity, found this aspect to be interesting and engaging. Never felt unsupported or uncomfortable.

Cons

Cost of living is higher than current pay rates. Often floated due to low census but never anywhere unreasonable or unrealistic. Some onboarding delay with Pyxis aspect, didn’t appear to be a common occurrence though.
