Description

Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function. Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills, including, but not limited to, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, physical modalities, gait training, and manual techniques. Our therapists demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care. Pros

The pay was good and the staff was reasonably supportive.

Cons

The paperwork was sometimes byzantine. They use a version of Epic that is customized to the facility. Someone is always looking over your shoulder and evaluating your fitness for the job. You have to rock that charting!
