Description
Traveler will provide respiratory care including airway management, suctioning, extubation, tracheostomy care, pulmonary hygiene, sputum collection, and ABG interpretation.
Required skills include ventilator management, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, aerosol therapy, nebulizers, medication administration, weaning from mechanical ventilation, neonatal/high-risk delivery support, ABG analysis, and experience with Draeger V500/VN500, Servo U ventilators, and Cerner EMR.
Preferred skills: Bronchoscopy, Nitric Oxide (INO), Inhaled Flolan, Ketamine, Mucomyst, Bicarbonate, and Theophylline.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an RRT in Adult Critical Care and NICU
- 1 prior travel assignment completed
- BLS
- CRT
- MD State licensure
- ED experience preferred
- ACLS preferred
