Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Shift: Nights / 6p-6:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, every other weekend

Length: 15 weeks

Holiday Expectations: Unit dependent

Requirements:

• WA license
• 2 years experience
• Skills required: basic RT skills, critical care experience, experience with ventilators, BiPAPs, HFNC, and familiar with all other respiratory equipment/accessories
• EMR: EPIC (required)
• RRT, ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• Some experience in nursery would be helpful (if have NRP and don’t have nursery experience that is okay too)

Other Details:

• Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, as long as has 2 years experience and is comfortable with skills required
• Patient Types: MS, critical care, emergency, COVID, mainly adults/geriatric but could possibly have peds/infant (Bubble CPAP—if on for 2 hours or more they are transferred to the NICU)
• Patient Ratios: Depends on census and acuity (there is a points system acuity tool to determine assignments)
• Will work in all departments. For each shift, they are assigned a specific area but because it is a small facility, they all cover each other
• Scrub Color: Any solid color; matching top and bottom
