Description

Athletico Physical Therapy is managed in ShiftWise Flex, and contracts to join that program will be issued once the offer is extended and accepted by the traveler. All compliance, billing, and assignment management will take place in ShiftWise Flex. Willing to be flexible on the full time schedule for the right candidate (4x10s) Must have 1+ years experience. Dress Code: Business Casual (Khaki's and polo's are fine) EHR: NextGen Patient Age Group: Adults; Adolescent Productivity Tools/Expectations: Visits Per Day Visits Per Day: 10-15 Caseload size: 25-30 cases/wk Professional Skills: Case Management; Screening/Building Caseload Evaluation / Assessment Methods: Fall Risk Assessment; Gross Motor Assessments Ortho Skills: Achilles Tendonitis; ACL Tear; Back Pain-Post Operative; Calf Strain; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Disc Herniation; Fractures/Stress Fractures; Generalized Low Back Pain; Headache; Meniscus Tear; Osteoarthritis; Osteoporosis; Plantar fasciitis; Postural Dysfunction; Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention; Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care; SI Joint Dysfunction; Stenosis; Thoracic Outlet Syndrome; TMJ Dysfunction; Total Joint Replacement
