Description
Shift: 3x12s Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Requirements: Must have a minimum of 24 months CVICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
· No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
· Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] CVICU skills checklist must be completed in last 12 months [REQUIRED]
· Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active ACLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
