RN - Cath Lab ● About Facility: Turner McCall Blvd, Rome, GA 30165 Licensed beds Level 2 Trauma Designation Teaching Hospital? Yes, Residency Program Chest Pain Center Stroke Center ● Department Information: Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years Cath Lab experience for both Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes ● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Cath Lab Chest pain, LHC, RHC, PTCA, stent EP Ablations, loop recorders, pacemaker/defib placement ● Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: RN: BLS, ACLS ● Skills required: Scrub and circulate Cath and EP procedures, Prep and Recovery For RNs: Circulate, administer moderation sedation, titrate and manage critical drips, prep/recover patients will float to Prep/Recovery area ● Support within the Department: Discussed during interview with Leadership ● Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC Department specific Equipment: BBG, ACT, Balloon Pumps, Impella ● Floating: Yes, RNs will float to Cath Lab Prep/Recovery area and care for patients there ● Orientation (facility and unit) : o 2 days departmental ● Scheduling: Weekend rotation: discussed during interview Call required: 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 4 th -5 th weekend ▪ 30-minute response time Holiday Expectations: 70% of holidays RTO Requests: Manager approval (not participating in Lamb Staffing clinical interviewing) Shift times: 4 10hr shifts (0700-1730) Schedule cycle (how many weeks): 6 weeks ● Other notes: Scrub Color: Black (scrubs not provided) Free Parking Department Culture: High level of autonomy.
