Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Assess residents and administer medications in accordance with the 5 Rights.
- Report changes in resident condition to charge nurse and physicians.
- Update family members and relevant parties regarding resident status as needed.
- Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with answering call lights and other duties.
- Report allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain an active Wisconsin LPN license and current CPR/BLS certification.
- Demonstrate exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and at least 1 year of related work experience (preferred).

Med Ninjas Job ID #14951. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
