- Provide nursing care for children and adolescents (ages 5-18) in an acute mental health crisis.<br />
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients using group therapy (Activities Therapy, Mindfulness, Wellness, Coping Skills) and medication management.<br />
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and therapeutic care in a pediatric psychiatry setting.<br />
- Rotate through day, evening, and night shifts; work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

- Maintain required certifications: NYS RN license and BLS (AHA only).<br />
- Utilize at least two years of experience in pediatric mental health to guide patient care.<br />
